2011 Porsche Boxster Spyder 6-Speed

Posted by LDand about 6 months ago

This 2011 Porsche Boxster Spyder is one of 1,544 produced, and was leased new and subsequently acquired at the end of the lease by the seller. The car is finished in Carrara White over black leather sport seats and fitted with a hard double-bubble tonneau cover as well as a bikini-style manual soft top. Power comes from a 3.4-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle, and the car is equipped with a Fabspeed exhaust system. Additional equipment includes a navigation system with an aftermarket Bluetooth module, xenon headlights, and seat heaters as well as Alcantara steering wheel and gear lever trim. This Boxster Spyder shows 51k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature, model cars, service records, removed stock parts, a window sticker, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

The Spyder was designed with weight-saving measures including a manually-operated bikini top that seals the cabin from the elements and is hidden behind the aerodynamic tonneau cover when lowered. This example is finished in Carrara White with black Porsche graphics along the rocker panels.

Black 19″ wheels wear colored-crest center caps and Michelin tires. Bi-xenon headlights with washers are equipped along with clear side markers.

The cockpit features manually-adjusted, hard-backed sport seats upholstered in black leather with white stitching as well as black carpets and Porsche floor mats. Equipment includes red safety belts and RS-style door pull straps, a stock navigation system with an aftermarket Bluetooth unit, seat heaters, and automatic climate control.

A GT3-style airbag steering wheel with an aftermarket Alcantara wrap frames a 190-mph speedometer, a central tachometer with a 7,200-rpm redline, and a digital speedometer reading just under 51k miles, all of which have been added during the seller’s ownership.

The 3.4-liter flat-six is hidden from view by the rear cargo area bulkhead and was factory-rated at 320 horsepower. The engine is fitted with a Fabspeed exhaust system featuring dual outlets, and shifting is through a six-speed manual transaxle. An oil change was carried out in late 2019.

The sale includes manufacturer’s literature, a stock transmission knob and boot, model cars, and a window sticker.

The March 2020 Carfax report lists two owners, with the second said to reflect the seller’s purchase after his initial lease ended. No history of accidents or other damage is shown, and Texas registration is indicated from 2011 to 2019.
