Ready to race, Lotus Elise with 2011 fresh engine, aluminum flywheel, recent transmission, new clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, after market shifter and cables for surer shifting, legal and functional rear diffuser with exhaust routed over diffuser for less air turbulence behind exhaust, catch can, reserve tank to prevent stalls in left-hand turns, plexiglas, ballbearing rear suspension, coilover springs, easy setup, everything ready for setup, carbon fibre airscoops on both sides, one for engine intake, the other for engine cooling, battery mounted in front of car for best balance, runs very fast for 1.8 Toyota stock Lotus engine, makes 191 rwhp (same as stock supercharged Lotus Elise), lexan front windshield, all new harnesses, aluminum racing radiator, driver's seat and rear diffuser, set up for GPS, Video cameras, two tachometers, 3 sets of tires and wheels with good tires: Hoosiers with few sessions, slick road racing Lotus Cup tires, Goodrich tires, all on lightweight wheels, two-way radio equipment (except base station), new complete cool shirt setup with cooler and size 42 shirt of wicking material, built-in lap transponder hot wired and working, runs great, never overheats or fails for any reason. This car consistently outruns other stock-bodied 4 cylinder cars at NOLAMOTORSPORTS PARK near New Orleans, consistently hitting 130 mph prior to Turn One, won many trophies and could do low 1:50 laps (my best was 1:56 at age 71) with younger, better driver. Selling all racing equipment, pending retirement at age 72 after 45 years as Attorney, though I could still race and compete if I had a complete race team, which I have never had. This is truly an Awesome car-the fastest I have ever owned, and the BEST racer I have owned, which I bought a couple of years ago in Cucamonga, California from Dr. Eddie Parks, a really good plastic surgeon. This Price is somewhat negotiable, but fully worth more than what I am asking: $39,000, OBO.
Carbon fiber side scoops and brackets are available for installation, and rear legal air foil is also available. The weight of the car without driver, but with 1/8 tank of gas is only 1681 lbs. ballast can be added to right side make weight.
